Azimut is making a grand return to the Miami International Boat Show, held from February 14 to 18, with an impressive display of eight models, including two eagerly awaited premieres.

The Magellano 30M will make its world debut in front of an anticipated audience of over a million visitors at the Boat Show. This refined crossover yacht, designed by American designer Ken Freivokh, features timeless lines, a vertical bow, robust sides, and protected walkways that complement the expansive glass surfaces (over 70 square meters) surrounding the interiors.

The heart of this model lies in its interiors, crafted by architect and designer Vincenzo De Cotiis. Known for his work showcased at the Carpenters Workshop Gallery, De Cotiis has designed half-height furnishings that allow the sky and sea to take center stage. He has also incorporated irregular geometries, giving every space a unique sense of character. A standout feature is the artistic fiberglass, a material typically used for other purposes, which De Cotiis has transformed into something surprisingly noble.

The Dual Mode hull, designed by the P.L. Ausonio Naval Architecture & Azimut R&D Department, offers maximum efficiency and comfort both at displacement speeds and higher velocities.

The New Fly 72, which had its world premiere at the recent Cannes Yachting Festival, will be showcased in America for the first time during the Miami International Boat Show. This model enriches the iconic line of the shipyard, blending the revolutionary spirit of the past with cutting-edge future designs. The exteriors are the work of Alberto Mancini, while the interiors are by architect and designer Fabio Fantolino, who makes his debut in the nautical world with this project.

Fantolino has interpreted the interiors of the New Fly 72 through his distinctive style, seeking perfect harmony between elegance, design, and technique. The spaces are designed with an expressive line that transitions from the exclusive atmosphere of the nautical world to the sophistication of contemporary design. This fusion creates an imagery inspired by Italian design masters of the last century, reinterpreting iconic symbols to define a unique style. The same design versatility is evident in the choice of materials and forms: wood paired with bronze and glossy lacquers, shapes balancing linearity and softness.

Mancini’s exteriors are characterized by an unprecedented cleanliness of line, further emphasizing the sculptural tension typical of the Series’ design.

In addition to these two premieres, Azimut will display other models from the Fly Series (Fly 53 and Fly 68), the recent Magellano 60 and Verve 48 – both first presented at the last Cannes Yachting Festival – the green-spirited sport yacht S7, and the Grande Trideck, the flagship of the Azimut fleet.

The Miami International Boat Show promises to be an exciting event with Azimut’s latest innovations and timeless designs on full display.
